Yougita is devoted to developing new innovations for luxurious interiors and cost-effective solutions for families from middle-class backgrounds. Yougita has an interior background, yet she has pursued her interest with fresh ideas and work with leading companies. She became project head due to her dedication, enthusiasm for design, and thirst for knowledge in this area. As a head, she collaborates with well-known companies including L&T, Endwise, Bharati AXA, Lear Corporation, and Goa Yojana Bhavan.
After working on interior and architectural projects for nine years, she established her own company, CCREATIVE INTERIOR, out of a 100 square foot office in Seawood Sector 44. She achieved fame in Navi Mumbai over time thanks to her high-quality work and cost-effective interior design solutions. Her office is currently located in Sanpada and is run by Ccreative Interior, which has a staff of 2 interior designers, 1 junior architect, and 1 site supervisor. For all interior work, creative interior has a dedicated crew.

She was recognized by Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Dilip Walse Patil for the Interior design of Bigarshetipatpedhi in Narayangaon, Pune.
